Ingredients:
1 cup cooked corn
1 cup cooked lima beans
½ cup precooked chopped skinless turkey breast
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped fresh or frozen okra
2 teaspoons Soul Food Seasoning *
1 teaspoon ground white pepper

Instructions:
Place the corn, beans, turkey, onion, okra, Soul Food Seasoning and pepper in a saucepan. Add 2 cups water and simmer over a low heat about 20 minutes. Serves 6.
