African American Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 teaspoons black pepper
1-pound ground turkey breast
3 egg whites, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons Louisiana Hot Sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Instructions:
Nonstick cooking spray
Mix the bread crumbs, onion, and black pepper together well in a large bowl. Add the ground turkey breast, egg whites, hot sauce, ketchup, and horseradish. Using your hands, mix thoroughly. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours so that the flavors can bend. Shape the mixture into 12 to 15 1 ½ -inch balls. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly coast a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes or until the meatballs are firm and no longer pink on the inside. Serves 6 as an appetizer
